Frequently Asked Questions

  • What does "kid friendly" mean?

    Our space is best suited for pre-walking babies, and that is what our classes are designed to support. Children up to age 3 are welcome if they stay with you at your mat and are not moving around the studio. This helps us keep everyone safe and the class experience smooth and focused. If your child becomes loud or unsettled, we ask that you step out briefly to reset before returning.

  • What do I need to bring?

    Just bring yourself. Classes are done barefoot, so no shoes needed. We provide all mats, props, and equipment. You can also grab or refill water next door at 11th Hour Coffee if needed.

  • What does my experience level need to be?

    Our classes are designed for all fitness levels, whether you’re a beginner or have years of experience. We focus on proper form and offer modifications to ensure everyone feels supported and challenged at their own pace.

  • Are classes pregnancy safe?

    Our classes are designed to be adaptable for all stages of pregnancy (& postpartum). We offer modifications to ensure movements are safe and supportive for your changing body. If you're expecting, let your instructor know so we can provide the best guidance for you. Always check with your healthcare provider before starting a new workout routine during pregnancy.

  • Do I need to sign up ahead of time?

    All bookings are done through our website, and we ask that you sign up ahead of time so we can plan and hold your spot. If a class is full, join the waitlist—spots often open up. You can cancel or change your class anytime up to 24 hours in advance at no cost. Within 24 hours, a $10 late cancel or no-show fee applies to help keep classes running smoothly for everyone. If a spot happens to be open, you’re always welcome to quickly sign up and join us.

  • Pause or Cancel Membership

    You can cancel your membership anytime after initial 3 months. If you need help, just email chels@chelsreese.com. If you’d like to pause your membership short-term, email us and we can place it on hold while keeping your current rate. Pause options are available for a monthly fee of $25 or $50, depending on your membership level.
