Specializing in combining the strength-building aspects of Weight Training with the core-focused, flexibility-enhancing benefits of Pilates.

Chels is a NASM-certified personal trainer and the proud owner of Fit Together Studio in Santa Cruz, CA. With years of experience in personal training and group fitness, she is all about helping women get stronger, healthier, and feel their best—no matter what stage of life they’re in. Whether navigating pregnancy, postpartum, or wanting to build long-term healthy habits, Chels is here to support every client every step of the way.

At Fit Together Studio, her biggest passion is creating a safe, fun space where people come together and enjoy working out. She focuses on proper form and providing modifications so everyone can work at their own pace. Even in a group setting, Chels ensures that clients feel one-on-one care and attention to help them reach personal goals. She wants clients to look forward to their workouts and feel great knowing they can bring their kids along too. There’s nothing Chels loves more than seeing people take time for themselves and prioritize their health and happiness.

Meet Trainer Tiffany

Tiffany’s love for movement began with ballet and evolved through years of yoga, Pilates, and Barre. Now a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, she brings her diverse background to every class at Fit Together Studio, blending mindful, breath-centered movement with dynamic, strength-building sequences.

As a mom of two, Tiffany understands the physical and emotional journey of reconnecting with your body after pregnancy. She’s passionate about helping women rebuild strength, confidence, and connection from the inside out.

Her classes combine grace and strength—challenging both body and mind—while fostering balance, awareness, and resilience. Expect an empowering experience that helps you feel grounded, strong, and deeply in tune with yourself, both on and off the mat.

Meet Trainer Katie

Katie’s passion for movement shines through in every class she teaches. A Peak-certified Pilates instructor with experience leading group fitness from coast to coast, she’s dedicated to helping women connect with their bodies and find joy through movement.

Over the past five years, Katie has developed her own contemporary style—one that blends energy, precision, and just the right amount of fun. Her signature? To-the-beat, dance-inspired flows that make every class feel like a celebration while keeping the burn strong.

Expect an upbeat, empowering experience that challenges your body, lifts your mood, and leaves you feeling strong, confident, and unstoppable every time you step off the mat.

Meet Trainer Polly

Polly brings her background in education and love for movement together to create classes that are equal parts motivating and fun. A former elementary school teacher with degrees in psychology and education, she’s always been passionate about helping others grow and feel empowered—both in and out of the classroom.

Now a TRX and Barre certified instructor, Polly discovered the importance of rebuilding strength and staying active after welcoming her daughter, Maeve, in 2023. She’s dedicated to helping parents keep their bodies strong, functional, and ready for the demands of everyday life.

Her classes are upbeat, encouraging, and designed to help you feel capable, confident, and connected in your body—no matter where you are in your journey.

Meet Trainer Terresina

Terresina brings a playful, uplifting energy to every Mat Pilates class. With a background in both classical Pilates mat work and reformer training, she loves guiding members through the foundational movements that build real strength, stability, and flexibility.

Her classes focus primarily on floor-based Pilates exercises that help you connect deeply to your core while progressing your strength and mobility over time. Terresina believes Pilates should feel both effective and fun, and her silly, positive personality makes every class feel welcoming and lighthearted.

As a mom herself, she is passionate about supporting women through every stage of life and helping them feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to their bodies.

Meet Trainer Audrey

Audrey brings a strength-forward, intentional approach to yoga that challenges both your body and mindset. Her classes blend traditional yoga flow with added strength and control, creating a practice that is grounding, humbling, and absolutely counts as a workout.

She focuses on mindful movement, stability, and breath while guiding students through thoughtfully sequenced flows that build real strength over time. Audrey’s teaching style encourages presence and self-awareness, helping students move with purpose rather than rushing through shapes.
